Meet Our Chef

Chef Wilson has been making kosher sushi for over 15 years now. He was trained by sushi specialist Yoko and has worked in fine sushi restaurants across the Bay Area. He is an expert in specialty fish and offers a range of menu items, offering the kosher consumer a taste of gourmet, high-end sushi not found in typical kosher establishments. Chef Wilson developed an interest in the kosher market and has been eager to learn the laws that govern the ingredients and their preparation. All of his sushi is prepared with his own unique recipes for treating fish, as well as the preparation of his own vinegar and rice.
